UCC File and Search Online

The Uniform Commercial Code Electronic Filing, Search & Retrieval System allows users to search financing statements, retrieve copies, and request certified search results. In addition, users may use the online system to submit financing statements and other UCC filings. The online system provides the public with quick and easy access to information regarding existing security interests and gives secured parties an efficient means of filing public notices of secured transactions.
